Our Culture

PROMOTES SERVICE OVER SELF

Our culture is truly uncommon and is the product of the values we keep at the forefront and the quality of people that work at Solomon.  Our values begin with having a Servant’s Heart and ultimately, that is what we want to be known for throughout Nashville and all of Middle Tennessee. From annual Solomon Serves projects to our 25th anniversary company trip to Honduras, we work to make Servant’s Heart more than just a buzzword, but a call to action.
